Circa £26,000 per annum
Working as part of a larger team, responsible for the planning and scheduling of repair and compliance jobs for the whole of the UK.
* Scheduling calls to a team of engineers on a daily basis. Both reactive breakdowns and forward planning of work.
* Working directly with our engineers, service teams and service managers.
* Smart route planning to hit customer SLAs and decision making based on cost and customer need
* Balance of workload and different priorities to deliver service excellence
* Customer contact to arrange and re-arrange visits
* Excellent communication to manage outstanding jobs
* Management of WIP in own area of work
Essential Criteria
* Team player who can also work autonomously
* Flexible approach to work and working hours
Advantegous Criteria
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure whilst targeting in day SLAs
* Problem solving skills with ability to introduce preventative actions
* Proactive & results driven
* Ability to react quickly and follow customer SLA requirements
* Admin experience
* Experience working with field-based engineers
* Knowledge of the Commercial Laundry Industry
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications (specifically EXCEL)
