Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst - Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Location: London
The Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) Investment Banking team delivers cross‑border advisory and financing solutions and works closely with sector, regional and product partners globally, providing exposure to complex, multi‑dimensional transactions.
You will have the opportunity to develop as a front‑office investment banking analyst within a leading international platform, with hands‑on involvement across advisory and capital markets transactions in the CEEMEA region, with particular exposure to Central and Eastern Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), advisory and capital markets transactions across Central and Eastern Europe and the broader CEEMEA region
* Working on live transactions and pitches, involving close interaction with bankers, product partners and clients
* Financial analysis and modelling to support transaction execution, including M&A, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Leverage Finance and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) processes
* Valuation work, company and industry analysis, and preparation of supporting materials for client engagements and development of high‑quality client presentations, pitchbooks and discussion materials
* Contribution to the formulation of strategic ideas and solutions to help clients achieve their project management responsibilities across multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
* Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to internal policies, controls and compliance requirements
Your Skills And Experience
* Strong interest in investment banking, corporate finance and financial markets
* Relevant experience through internships, placements, previous roles or other exposure to M&A, advisory or capital markets considered an advantage
* Strong technical foundation, including financial modelling, financial analysis and understanding of valuation methodologies
* Familiarity with the corporate finance toolkit and the transaction lifecycle
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases an advantage
* Undergraduate degree (business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics or equivalent education/work experience) and knowledge of Central and Eastern European languages would be beneficial, but is not a requirement
