Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Senior in Trowbridge to prepare management and year-end accounts, tax computations, and supporting schedules. This client-facing role combines accounting expertise, mentoring junior team members, and identifying business opportunities, providing exposure to a varied client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax computations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Deliver accurate outputs on time and within budget
* Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
* Identify client opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
* Promote continuous learning and development across the team
About You
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards)
* Proactive, client-focused, and highly organised
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues
* Commercially aware with an interest in client growth
