Pareto are currently looking for anContract Helpdesk Manager to join us on a full timebasis.
Responsibilities to includebut not limitedto:
* Implementing andmanaging the eLogs CAFM system across a high profile IntegratedFacilities Managementaccount
* Implement andmanaging the contract specific helpdeskprocesses
* Implement andmanaging the contract financial reportingprocesses
* Line managementof the Helpdesk Team including objective setting performancemanagement anddevelopment
* Work alongsidethe Contract Manager in developing the ongoing strategy to ensurebest fit alongside Paretosgrowth
* Monitoring theFacilities Helpdesk emailinboxes.
* Inputting andtracking jobs into eLogs asrequired.
* Take a cradle tograve approach in the ownership of Helpdesk services including;actively monitoring open jobs and chasing engineers and cleaningsupervisors for updates whererequired.
* Raisingpurchasing orders asrequired.
* Assisting withthe allocation of PPM tasks to the relevantresource.
* Supporting theTeam in reviewing documentation and supporting with any issueraising.
* Dealing withescalations with subcontractors paperwork/certificatenonsubmission.
* Supportreview of subcontractorRAMS.
* Cover team absenceand annual leave whererequired.
KeyRequirements:
* Previousexperience of eLogs/eLogbooksrequired
* Previousadministrative experiencerequired
* Previous FMHelpdesk/Operations experience isrequired
* Previousexperience overseeing contractorsrequired
* Demonstratestrong administrationskills
* Strong IT skillsincluding MicrosoftOffice
* Excellent telephoneand email manner with solid communication and interpersonalskills
* Excellent attentionto detail
