A high‑growth MSP is seeking a Business Development Executive with experience selling into sophisticated, professional services environments. You’ll drive new business across a range of specialist markets, leveraging your technical understanding of IT and Cyber Services to engage senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive full‑cycle sales of MSP and Cyber Security services into specialist, high‑value sectors.
* Build and execute a targeted go‑to‑market strategy to deepen penetration in key verticals.
* Develop and maintain territory plans to consistently achieve revenue targets.
* Prospect through calls, meetings, networking, and industry events.
* Collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions and support client requirements.
Skills & Experience
* Proven year‑on‑year sales growth within MSP, IT services, or similar technical environments.
* Proven exposure to Microsoft product (SharePoint, Intune, 365 etc)
* Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, ideally within specialist professional services or IT/Cyber sales.
* Strong communicator with a consultative, relationship‑driven approach.
* Knowledge of cyber security and core IT concepts.
* Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. `
* Technically confident and able to discuss IT solutions with senior stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel when required.

Earning Potential & Performance Expectations
This is a senior, revenue‑driven position with a clear and rewarding commission structure. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver strong commercial results from year one, with uncapped earning potential tied directly to contract value.
* 6% commission on all contract value generated
* Year 1 target: £500,000 in new contract value
* Year 2 target: £1,000,000 in new contract value
* Uncapped structure designed to reward high performance and long‑term client growth
