KS1/KS2 Teacher Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your class.
* Foster a positive, stimulating classroom environment that inspires a love for learning.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and setting development goals.
* Encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and develop critical thinking skills.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the curriculum.
* Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, updating them on progress.
* Participate in professional development, school activities, and staff meetings.
KS1/KS2 Teacher Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Passion for teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
* A collaborative, inclusive approach to teaching and learning.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and teaching best practices.
