About This Opportunity

Are you an experienced social care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Cumberland Council is seeking a dedicated Enhanced Practitioner to join our Adult Social Care team. In this role, you will manage complex and high-risk cases, lead person-centred support planning, and provide supervision to colleagues. You will also play a key role in safeguarding adults, promoting independence, and collaborating with local partners to deliver community-based solutions.

We are looking for candidates with a recognised professional qualification in health or social care, significant post-qualification experience, and a passion for mentoring and service improvement. DBS Checks

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with Adults Barred List check. It involves working in regulated activity with adults and/or children. It is an offence for barred individuals to apply for roles involving unsupervised work with adults and/or children.
