Present financial insights and performance updates to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements. Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement. Your Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
