Our client is a well-established, independent electrical wholesaler with over 35 years experience and a strong reputation for excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and expert advice.
Due to continued year-on-year growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of the business. Based from their purpose-built warehouse and sales office in Tamworth, this is an opportunity to join a professional, knowledgeable team within a stable and growing business.
This role would suit a driven and proactive individual with experience in sales account management or branch management, ideally within the electrical wholesale sector. Full induction and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.
What we need from you as a Business Development Manager:
1. Proven experience in sales account management or branch management, within the electrical wholesale sector (min 3-4 years)
2. Naturally well organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence speaking on the phone and meeting new and existing customers to generate business
4. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when it comes to administration, procedures, and compliance
