Vision for Education is looking to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting individuals with additional needs. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025.
About The Role
In this role, you will work with pupils in mainstream settings who require extra support to succeed in the classroom. Many pupils have an EHCP or are awaiting one, and they need support both inside and outside the classroom to enhance their educational experience. Your role also includes providing pastoral support, helping pupils develop life skills as well as educational skills.

Requirements
* Patience and resilience
* Reliability and consistency in supporting pupils
* Previous experience working with and supporting children and/or young people
Salary
£89 to £100 per day, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
The minimum requirements include:
* Holding a DBS on the update service or willingness to process one with us
* Relevant experience or training
