Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning acrossmercial and rollout activities
2. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
3. Analyse business performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
4. Deliver monthly reporting packs with clear insight andmentary for senior stakeholders and investors
Business Partnering
5. Partner closely withmercial, Operations, and Network Rollout teams to drive performance
6. Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
7. Support pricing, product, and customer growth initiatives
8. Build strong relationships across the business to embed amercial mindset
Process & Systems
9. Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and controls
10. Support implementation of FP&A tools and performance dashboards
11. Enhance forecasting accuracy and overall financial visibility
Candidate Profile
12. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
13. Strong background in FP&A andmercial finance
14. Proven track record supporting large-scale investment or rollout programmes
15. Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
16. Experience with financial systems and tools
