Overview
The London Borough of Harrow is seeking passionate and committed social workers to manage a caseload of children subject to Child Protection Plans, Child in Need Plans, and Care Proceedings. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and well‑being of vulnerable children. You will be supported by a stable, collaborative management team dedicated to safeguarding children and improving outcomes for families. Eligibility
We are inviting applications from qualified social workers with a range of experience levels, from newly qualified practitioners seeking their first statutory role to highly experienced senior‑level professionals.
About You
* Have a Social Work Qualification, e.g. CQSW, DipSW or equivalent
* Be registered with Social Work England as a Social Worker
* Able to pass a clear enhanced DBS check
* Working knowledge of all statutory duties and responsibilities relating to children and families, including legislation, regulations and standards, government objectives and initiatives, and national and common assessment framework
