Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client tax professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including high net worth individuals and trusts. The role blends technical compliance with advisory work and offers the chance to build strong client relationships while supporting the development of more junior colleagues. Responsibilities of the Private Client Tax Manager:
* Manage a portfolio of private clients, including high net worth individuals and trusts
* Deliver personal tax advisory work, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, residence and domicile matters
* Prepare and review personal tax returns and associated computations
* Support and review the work of junior team members, contributing to their ongoing development
Requirements of the Private Client Tax Manager:
* Previous experience in private client tax compliance and advisory work
* ATT or CTA qualified, or equivalent, with strong up to date technical knowledge
* Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple client matters
* Professional, discreet and confident when building relationships with clients and advisers
