My client based in Oxford are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator on a full-time basis to join the team for 1 – 2 months and support with all administration duties.
Office based role
Hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
£13-16 per hour depending on experience
2 years experience in an office management or administration role
Would require own transport due to location
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments within the organization.
Moderate level of proficiency with personal computers.
Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
