Qualifications
* Has a background in HR casework
* Thrives in a varied role and enjoys helping leaders shape and deliver their people plans.
* Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
* Brings empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion and innovation.
* Has solid employment law knowledge and can manage complex ER cases with care and clarity.
