In this role, the Technical Estimator will manage all commercial elements for the planning and construction of commercial and industrial scale Solar PV projects. Responsibilities involve estimating project costs, producing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and creating essential project documentation, including CI packs, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. This position is 100% office based in the Hull region. This role would suit an experienced Estimator or Quantity surveyor with a background working on commercial and / or industrial scale projects and good working knowledge of AutoCAD. Industry backgrounds considered include renewable, building, civils, mechanical, roofing or similar.
