Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and specialist nursing support to colleagues.
Take responsibility for resident care and operational oversight in the Home Managers absence.
Support, supervise, and develop team members to maintain high standards of care.
Ensure care delivery meets regulatory, legal, and professional requirements.
About You
Valid NMC PIN with a nursing background in a care home setting.
Experience of person-centred care planning and clinical leadership.
Knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice.
