Working Hours: 12 hours per week, covering both daytime and night-time shifts

We’re looking for our next Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our students.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing exceptional & personalised service to students, including greeting guests, offering local information, and handling enquiries.
2. Maintaining the upkeep of the site & facilities, including cleaning communal areas, especially during night shifts.
3. Assisting with questions and ensuring facilities are respected and well-maintained.
4. Conducting regular inspections of the building and reporting issues.
5. Replenishing supplies like coffee, tea, and vending items.
6. Managing parcel deliveries for residents.
7. Being the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
8. Ensuring waste management areas are safe and tidy.
Professional Experience & Personal Characteristics:
* Experience in delivering premium customer service.
* Hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
* Technologically savvy with experience in using various software systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with multilingual abilities preferred.
* Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous resident service.
