Position Overview
The firm is hiring for the role of Junior Lawyer to support their expanding legal practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in their Bengaluru office. Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
* Experience: 0–1 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Freshers with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
* Skills: Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
o Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
o Strong command over written and spoken English.
o Ability to draft basic legal pleadings and documents.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
* Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
* Drafting: Preparing drafts of petitions, affidavits, legal notices, and other legal correspondence.
* Court Attendance: Assisting senior advocates during court proceedings and managing case filings.
* Case Management: Maintaining case files, tracking dates of hearings, and coordinating with clients.
* Advisory: Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and briefing notes for senior partners.
