The Haslem Hotel and The Lark Bar are vibrant hospitality destinations in the heart of Lisburn, known for stylish accommodation, exceptional food and drink, and memorable events. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Events Manager to lead our sales strategy as we continue to develop across our group with particular focus on driving continued success to our Food + Beverage, Events, Corporate and Group Bookings, driving revenue and enhancing guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Events Strategy & Revenue Growth
* Develop and execute sales plans to maximise revenue across F+B, private events, corporate and group bookings.
* Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local organisations.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
* Assist with room sales strategy and rate progression
* Work with Marketing department to ensure Haslem and Lark are being correctly promoted.
Events & Group Bookings
* Manage the end-to-end sales process for private events, including celebrations, weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
* Create tailored packages for group bookings, including accommodation, dining, and entertainment.
* Create weekly, monthly and seasonal events planner to ensure year round planning and in-house event creation.
Food & Beverage Sales
* Work closely with the F+B team to promote seasonal menus, special offers, and dining experiences.
* Drive footfall to The Lark Bar through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and local engagement.
* Support the launch and promotion of new F+B concepts and initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and key accounts.
* Conduct site visits and client meetings to secure bookings and ensure high service standards.
* Maintain a CRM system to track leads, conversions, and client communications.
Marketing & Collaboration
* Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
* Represent Haslem Hotel and The Lark Bar at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
* Contribute to social media and digital content that highlights event spaces and F+B offerings.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably in hotels, bars, or event venues.
* Strong understanding of F+B operations and event planning.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
