Luxfords of Weybridge is an expanding Removals/Storage & Shipping Company based in Weybridge, Surrey and are part of the Doree Bonner International Group.
Positions are available for LGV/NON LGV Drivers to work from our Weybridge site c arrying out household removals.
Accelerated Career Development Plan for all Employees, whether that be funded Car Licence or HGV Test, supervisor training etc.
Overtime Rates kicking in after standard hours with annual OTE between 37-46K
Team camaraderie promoted as working as part of a team, carrying out moves for different customers on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities of a Driver:
Responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained.
Driving long or short distances.
The role is physically demanding and involves packing, wrapping, loading and unloading our customers goods.
May involve some weekend working.
You will be occasionally responsible for undertaking the duties of a Move Team Member, also be able to demonstrate the potential and desire to develop towards the Move Team Leader role.
Possible progression to LGV Driver if not already.
What were looking for in a Driver:
Previous experience in removals is ideal but not essential
Excellent spoken English
Clean UK Driving licence
Good level of fitness
Eligible to work in the UK
