Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors; manage front-desk operations
* Answer and route calls; handle correspondence
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendars
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
* Manage meeting rooms, ensuring well stocked and tidy
Requirements
* Proven receptionist or front-of-house experience within a corporate environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Proficiency with MS Office and office systems
* Professional appearance and demeanor
