Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a passion for organisation and delivering exceptional support? My client within the professional services industry is seeking a confident and proactive PA to join their Manchester office on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a busy and professional team, providing essential support to the Business Support Manager, key Directors and wider office. This is a varied role that combines business support responsibilities with administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and general office administration
* Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, including stock control and errands
* Support compliance tasks related to ISO27001 standards
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support wider team needs
About You
* Previous experience in a fast-paced office in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* A flexible, positive attitude and commitment to confidentiality
