Air Conditioning Engineer – M4 & M5 Corridor
Benefits: Up to £50,000 per annum.
A leading building services provider is looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a prestigious contract looking after commercial buildings in the M4 & M5 Corridor region.
Key Responsibilities
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance servicing and fault‑finding on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems
* Water treatment tasks, including dosing, temperature checks, and cooling tower maintenance
* Monitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS) to optimise building performance
* Working on pressurisation units, chilled water systems, and AC units
* Supporting critical HVAC systems in temperature‑sensitive scientific research labs
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
* Assisting with refurbishment and upgrade projects to improve system efficiency
Qualifications
* Recognised mechanical or HVAC qualification (Heating & Ventilation preferred)
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent)
* Experience in a building services maintenance environment
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Good communication skills
