Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting lettings negotiations and achieving weekly/monthly leasing targets
* Managing enquiries via phone and email, booking viewings, and registering applicants
* Processing tenancy applications and referencing in a timely and compliant manner
* Drafting tenancy documents and registering deposits
* Maintaining accurate records and updating client files
* Collaborating with the marketing team on PR campaigns and resident events
* Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive community atmosphere
We're looking for someone who is:
* Organised, efficient, and reliable, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes all the while ensuring a friendly and helpful front of house experience.
* Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, a natural flair for customer service.
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in lettings or residential property administration
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (Yardi preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to work some weekends and bank holidays
* Experience in BTR
