Land Manager

We have a position available for a Land Manager to join our Land team in Caterham, Surrey. You will act in accordance with the business plan and financial parameters agreed within the Group, identify and secure strategic and immediate land opportunities. In the context of strategic land, promote and pursue such opportunities to planning consent

A role in Land at Croudace is hugely varied and really encompasses a 'cradle to grave' approach from identifying and signing up opportunities to taking them through the planning process (whether that be via allocation or speculative application) and then acquiring the land ready for development. Croudace really does provide, and encourage, involvement in all parts land and planning.



Skills & knowledge you'll bring:


Qualified (MRICS/MRTPI) or working towards qualification

Proven experience as a Land Manager or in a similar role

Demonstratable understanding of the planning process

Previous knowledge and experience of preparing and analysing financial appraisals

Able to use Microsoft packages

Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Ability to build relationships with contacts within Land Agents, Planning Departments

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
