About Beaumont Lodge
Beaumont Lodge is a Nursing Home ideally located near the town centre of Camberley, Surrey and with good transport links. We have a friendly and supportive team who have worked with us for a number of years.
About the role
You will help us deliver for our residents by:
* Assisting with invoicing
* Liaising with Councils and Health Authorities to ensure appropriate information and payment is received.
* Ensuring correct and complete documentation including Terms and Conditions are provided and recorded for all admissions.
* Ensuring effective administration of purchasing and supplier payments
* Providing clerical support to the Home Manager, including letter writing, memos, copying, scanning and some management reporting.
* Maintaining a well-ordered filing system and stationery replenishment
Key Skills
Previous experience in Administration. You can provide excellent customer service with a friendly manner whether face to face, over email or on the phone. You're approachable, organised, have an eye for detail and the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal/external teams.
Must have eligibility to work in the UK and will be required to undergo DBS check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
