Job Purpose:Maintains interior decor by applying finishes, painting, applying wall coverings; installing and maintaining ceiling tiles. Exterior work such as windows, exterior walls are also included in the duties Duties:
* Accomplishes assigned work requests by obtaining work requests, tools, and materials.
* Prepares layouts and installations by applying finish, paint, and wallcovering;
* Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
* Minor Hotel Maintenance such as tiling, Grouting Toilet repairs and any other duties required
