Responsibilities Support senior team on multi‑jurisdiction healthcare transactions from evaluation to close Build and maintain financial models and feasibility studies for greenfield hospital projects Prepare investment materials, assist with term sheets and shareholder agreement processes Coordinate due diligence across legal, commercial and regulatory workstreams Liaise with law firms, advisors and local equity partners to progress documentation Maintain disciplined project management, tracking actions, timelines and dependencies Contribute to capital raising with detailed analysis, data rooms and investor materials Prepare board and partner materials; manage regular reporting deliverables Travel for extended periods in‑country to support negotiations and implementation Work with operations on business plans, performance tracking and target setting Requirements 4–7 years in investment banking or 4–5 years at a top‑tier strategy consultancy Healthcare exposure strongly preferred (provider/hospital, pharma or healthcare coverage) Advanced financial modelling, valuation and feasibility analysis skills Experience of complex, multi‑party and cross‑border transactions Familiarity with legal documentation and shareholder agreements Willing and able to relocate to Dubai; extensive travel across emerging markets Comfortable operating in a lean team without large support infrastructure Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings Cultural adaptability and resilience; builds relationships across diverse stakeholders
