An exciting opportunity exists in the ABUHB Occupational Therapy (OT) service for a Team Lead Occupational Therapist, who is self-motivated, proactive, and capable of developing care pathways and new ways of working. This role offers a great chance to develop skills within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Main duties of the job
Demonstrate strong clinical and decision-making skills working with patients with high clinical frailty scores.
Communicate effectively, show initiative, and be flexible in work approach.
Ensure OT interventions are delivered appropriately to meet patient needs and organizational standards for safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
