ACS International Schools Cobham is seeking an Admissions Associate to support the Admissions department with enrolment management and assist families in joining the school.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the accuracy of enrolment and the smooth entrance process of students and their families into the school, including processing of student records and files.
Responsibilities include:
* Taking and responding to queries from parents, students, and other stakeholders to provide high-standard customer service
* Inputting data into systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and generating correspondence as needed
* Keeping stock of school promotional materials, office supplies, and maintenance requests
* Liaising with other ACS departments to ensure good working relationships and accurate information exchange
* Assisting the Registrar with student visas
* Arranging orientation tours for prospective and new families and participating in open days and marketing events
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills, with good communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in school systems/databases, such as OpenApply, Microsoft Word, and Excel
* Good attention to detail, written accuracy, and organization
* Flexible approach to performing various tasks and a strong team worker
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and remain calm in a dynamic environment
* Experience in a school admissions environment is an advantage
* Knowledge of the IB (International Baccalaureate) and other curricula is an advantage
Working Hours and Location: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with occasional weekend events, 52 weeks a year, in Cobham, Surrey.
