Job Title:Site Civil Supervisor
Location:Hornsea 3, Norwich (100% onsite. No home office)
Duration:6 months contract
Working hours: 10 hours a day / 50 hours a week
Job Description
1. Looking for experienced construction professional (Supervisor level)
2. Must have heavy construction experience
3. Preferred background: Reinforced concrete, Steel structures / industrial construction, Large-scale infrastructure projects
4. Site-based supervisory role (not managerial, but leadership needed)
5. Candidate will act as eyes and ears on site
6. Strong focus on: Health & Safety (critical), Construction coordination, QA/QC inspections (hands-on involvement required)
7. Certifications Required: CSCS Card Mandatory, SMSTS Preferred (bonus), Standard site certifications sufficient
8. Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plan, specifications and site program.
