Job Description You’ll support the recruitment process for our retail roles, with a particular focus on Sales Assistants. Day to day, you’ll manage candidate communications via phone and email, coordinate interviews, and provide onboarding support. You’ll liaise with Store Management and internal teams to keep hiring timelines on track, and use platforms such as SmartRecruiters and our Right to Work systems to manage recruitment activity. You’ll also support with various ad-hoc tasks across the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to wider projects and helping us deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
