Our client's Commercial Litigation Department specialises in contentious probate, debt claims, contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and more. They foster collaboration with other specialized departments in a supportive environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation.
Their partner-led approach ensures that all matters receive top-notch guidance, while their flexible team structure allows the development of junior members and appropriate workload distribution.
Requirements
As a key member of our client's team, you will deliver exceptional service to clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including debt claims, contract disputes, landlord and tenant issues, property disputes, and civil litigation. Daily responsibilities include:
* Conducting client interviews to gather instructions
* Advising clients and providing updates on their cases
* Preparing and delivering relevant documents
* Maintaining well-organised client and matter files with thorough and accurate records
* Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, whether in person or over the phone
* Adhering to quality standards and departmental procedures in all matters
* Contributing to the growth of the department through active participation in business development initiatives
