We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Shift Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

* Motivate and support your team, learning from Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed and manage operations within the store in the absence of senior management.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Give our customers the very best experience possible every time they visit the store.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team, have patience and a friendly manner, and be able to keep calm in any situation.

You should be passionate about thriving as a key part of the store team and have a proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations.
