Our Programme
Our graduate programmes place you at the heart of a global business, with hands-on experience and tailored learning for curious, driven minds. You’ll collaborate with specialists in brand change, science and technology, safety, quality, environmental sustainability, and governance. You’ll gain increasing levels of accountability, from independently leading small projects to leading a large portfolio of projects.
Your mission is to innovate and grow while safeguarding our people, brands, and the environment. You’ll contribute to tomorrow’s product pipelines for brands like Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Captain Morgan, Baileys, and Tanqueray. By turning insights into actionable ideas, you’ll help shape the future of our brands.
What to Expect
Year 1: Understand fundamentals within the broader Global Technical function with rotations such as Laboratory & Process Development Specialist, Compliance & Governance Specialist, or Project Manager.
Year 2: Broaden experience across Global Technical areas with rotations like Pack Specialists or Category Project Manager on medium-scale projects.
Year 3: Develop deep functional knowledge with large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration, including roles like Global Project Manager or within futures programmes.

Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field (STEM, Food Science, Environmental Science, Environmental Sustainability, Brewing & Distilling, Project Management, or related) and graduating in 2026 or within the last 2 years. Proficiency in English. Willingness to relocate geographically during the programme due to opportunities across Europe.
