Forrest Recruitment LTD are seeking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to join our client due to continuous growth! This role is working part-time – offering 2 full-days (9am-5pm) or 3 shorter days of (9am-3pm).
Duties of the role involve:
1. Email management – managing incoming emails into the accounts email inbox
2. Posting & receiving invoices
3. Querying & paying invoices
4. Credit Control
5. Assisting with monthly payment runs
6. Assisting with Payroll – for monthly & fortnightly paid staff.
7. Ad-hoc administrator – assisting Directors with administrative tasks
Skills required:
8. Proven experience working within Accounts
9. Excellent attention to detail
10. Confident using Microsoft packages & Accounting systems
11. Experience using QuickBooks – Desirable, not essential!
