We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quality Assurance & Risk Administrator to join our expanding team. You'll work closely with our internal teams to maintain high standards, ensure compliance, and identify improvements. Alongside this, you'll gain exposure to industry regulation (FCA guidelines), learn how to apply data analysis in a professional setting, and start working towards industry-recognised qualifications.

What You'll Do
* Conduct quality checks on internal processes, files, and calls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Use Excel and data analysis to monitor performance and identify emerging trends.
* Provide feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
* Support compliance reporting and contribute to governance best practice.
* Develop professional expertise that supports progression into compliance, risk, or wider governance roles.
Who We're Looking For
* A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk, or related disciplines.
* Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
* Confident working with Excel and data analysis (formal qualifications a plus).
* Clear, professional communicator with the ability to work well in a team.
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to build a career in financial services.
