Support Worker Stoke-on-Trent (ST11)

Whats in it for you? £12.40 per hour plus £1.50 travel allowance per shift (where applicable)

39 hours per week, permanent contract

Two-week rolling rota : 7am to 8pm, three long days per week, every other weekend off

What success looks like in your first 6 months Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live with dignity, independence, and choice

Building strong, trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

Embedding Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture into everything you do

Growing in confidence with moving and handling, including supporting wheelchair users with hoists

Taking part in community activities such as arts and crafts, karaoke, pub lunches, or cheering at a football match

About you Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant (essential)

Confidence supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour

Flexible and reliable, able to work a rolling rota including weekends

A caring, patient nature with a good sense of humour

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to service location and community access needs)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST11)
