Key Responsibilities:
To deliver or exceed individual and team sales targets in line with the sales and customer retention strategy/annual plans for the region on a monthly basis
To support a small team of Account Managers acting as a role model, coach and support to facilitate growth in sales, working on key analytics to support retention and sales conversion.
To deputise for the Head of Sales from time to time.
To ensure the stipulated workflows/procedures on our CRM/Reservation systems are followed within the team, ensuring information is clear, accurate and up to date so that another team member can progress at any point in time.
