Secondary Teacher – Swansea & West Wales
Pay: £172.98 per day | Swansea & West Wales | 08:30-15:30 (NO WEEKENDS!)
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers to work across a range of schools in Swansea and West Wales. These opportunities may involve teaching various secondary age groups (KS3–KS4) in mainstream settings or Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provisions, offering flexible and rewarding work.
About the Role
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your specialist subject
* Adapt teaching to support a range of learning needs and abilities
* Work in both mainstream classrooms and specialist ALN settings
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Opportunities for day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term roles
Desired Experience & Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (KS3–KS5)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A passion for supporting young people’s learning and development
* Experience or willingness to work in ALN settings is desirable
Mandatory Requirements
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Right to work in the UK
* Professional references covering the last two years
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
