The Role: Our Kitchen Team Members support the day to day preparation and service of food and drink, helping to deliver a high quality and welcoming experience for visitors to Lepe Country Park. What you’ll do: Working as part of a friendly team, you will prepare and serve food and drink in line with agreed specifications, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards are met at all times. You will support daily kitchen operations, including stock control, cleaning, customer transactions, and shift handovers, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high quality service for visitors What we’re looking for: You will have experience working in a kitchen environment, with strong food preparation skills and a basic understanding of food safety and stock control. You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your personal presentation. Well organised with excellent communication skills, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, able to remain calm under pressure, and adapt confidently to unexpected situations. This is a full time role (37 hours per week) within a seven day operation, mainly daytime hours. Sunday and Bank Holiday working is paid at an enhanced rate, with additional seasonal overtime available. Why join us?
