Working at the heart of our London training team, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our courses running smoothly and helping us provide an exceptional experience for customers. What will a day in the life of a Delivery Driver / Storeperson involve? Deliver, collect, store, and maintain training equipment and materials across Greater London. Prepare course kits and consumables, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate record‑keeping. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and compliance with BRC policies. Liaise with the Operations team and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates. Support safe handling and movement of stock and assist colleagues as part of the wider team. What does it take to be a successful Delivery Driver / Storeperson: Full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years plus experience in driving within Greater London and the wider M25 area. Ability to carry out basic vehicle maintenance, ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy. Skill in handling and moving stock, completing multiple deliveries and collections efficiently. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
