Sous Chef - Rutland
£32,000 per annum
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Rutland. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation and execution of high-standard dishes
* Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management, including stock control and ordering
* Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards and meets health and safety regulations
* Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
* Contributing to menu development and innovation
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Passion for high-quality ingredients and fresh, seasonal produce
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
