Casual Front of House Assistant – Dunfermline Contract
Salary: up to £12.71 per hour | Hours: per week
A Scottish professional football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife. Here we cater for a variety of events throughout the year ranging from corporate and private meetings to the enthralling match days. With a range of Food & Beverage outlets, it offers attendees a fun day out with free parking and tickets for games.
We are looking for a Casual Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Dunfermline.
You will ideally have previous experience working in a fast‑paced catering environment, such as a catering assistant or supervisor, and be eager to progress into a managerial role.

Main Duties
* Serving and interacting with staff and pupils during mealtimes
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your area of concern
* Washing, storing and polishing crockery, cutlery and glassware for everyday use
* Providing the service of food and beverages and carrying out any minor food preparation tasks
* Preparing, setting up, serving, clearing, cleaning and storing food, beverage or equipment required for special functions
* Working additional hours on a rota basis during and outside term time to assist with lettings, functions and school events
* Operating cleaning and dishwashing equipment, and properly cleaning and storing equipment, service, preparation and storage areas
* Completing all necessary cleaning and hygiene duties
* Assisting with meal documentation procedures
* Helping in the service of all meals and functions when needed
* Serving customers, visitors and guests to a high standard in line with Thomas Franks and client service standards and expectations
* Cleaning, filling and maintaining beverage machines and ensuring all vending equipment works correctly
* Interacting well with customers as a friendly, customer‑focused individual
