Technical Operations Manager Oxford Location: Oxford | Salary: £60,000£65,000We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and supportOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of servicesCarry out engineering tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on approachEnsure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirementsCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMsLiaise with stakeholders and contractors as requiredRequirements:Technically qualified (electrical, mechanical, or M&E preferred)Proven experience managing a small team within a technical/engineering environmentStrong knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standardsExcellent communication and organisational skillsSalary: £60,000£65,000A great opportunity for a technically skilled manager to take full ownership of a single-site operation in Oxford and lead a committed team.TPBN1_UKTJ
