About the Role
Assistant Content Producer – HOKA & Teva at Deckers Brands. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across EMEA websites for multiple brands and languages, ensuring brand voice, trade objectives, and a seamless customer journey through data‑driven insights and personalization.
Responsibilities
* Support the creation, tracking, and delivery of content briefs for design and development teams.
* Develop high‑quality, localized and personalized content that reflects brand voice and customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Trade, CRM, Marketing, Brand, UX) to ensure alignment across channels.
* Ensure all content is QA’d, accurate, and delivered on time across multiple markets and languages.
* Own the end‑to‑end publishing process within CMS platforms.
* Support content optimization through data insights, competitor analysis, and A/B testing initiatives.
Qualifications
* Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with competing priorities.
* Analytical, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
* Excellent communicator, confident working with both internal teams and external partners.
* Experience in a content, e‑commerce, or digital role.
* Exposure to managing multi‑market, multi‑language websites or campaigns is a plus.
* Experience creating digital content.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., CoreMedia, Salesforce/Demandware) is a plus.
* Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Fullstory) is a plus.
