Job Role: Technical Claims Support
We are seeking a skilled individual to provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients across the UK, primarily within the Commercial sector (excluding motor insurance).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with claims resolution, leveraging your technical expertise.
2. Develop rapport and maintain effective communication with brokers and adjusters.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in claims resolution and technical support.
2. Confidence in client interactions and relationship-building skills.
3. Ideally ACILA qualified or able to demonstrate relevant experience and progress towards this qualification.
