Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Rugby Borough Council for a Regulatory Support Officer to support the Environmental Health Officer and wider team in their service delivery and statutory duty of key functions.
This role will involve managing data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks using systems like Civica Cx and Agresso.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Entering data from paper and digital records within specified time frames
* Managing and monitoring inboxes
* Reviewing data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritise projects in order of importance
* Ensuring confidentiality of information by keeping all data private and secure.
