About the Role
We are searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team. In this role, you will engage leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the platform can support their wellbeing initiatives. By connecting directly with key decision-makers, you will play an essential role in expanding their platform's presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise meetings between institutions and the sales team for platform demonstrations.
* Achieve termly targets for meeting bookings to support the expanding client base.
* Track programs and organisational details to strategically connect with prospects.
* Conduct high-volume outreach through email, phone, and attendance at educational events.
* Collaborate with the sales team to launch and refine outreach campaigns throughout the year.

* Proven track record in lead generation or sales outreach, with a proactive and resilient approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
